Greetings and thanks for stopping by. This is the first post on my new blog appropriately made on the first day of the New Year. There are two reasons I am building this blogging website.

First and foremost, the website will provide users with a comprehensive home search and display capability for homes located anywhere in Denver Metro or Boulder County. The search tool will include a map search function along with the ability to locate Denver homes for sale or Boulder homes for sale throughout the region.

The ability to search for Denver Green Homes and Boulder Green Homes is one of the more advanced features of this new website. Until now, locating energy-efficient, eco-friendly homes in Denver Metro and Boulder has been difficult at best. With this new website Denver Colorado green homes and Boulder Colorado green homes will be easy to locate at last. This capability will become available within the next couple of weeks.

In addition to searching for Colorado green homes, Colorado homes for sale may be searched by price, location, foreclosure, and new listing in addition to zip code, price change and a number of other key search parameters. Users will also have the ability to create custom search RSS feeds to help them locate the home that best meets their criteria.

Secondly, I will eventually begin using this website as my primary blog. I am planning to include a wide variety of information, tools and resources to assist Colorado home buyers, sellers and investors. I will also maintain my other blogs at ActiveRain and Trulia. But this blog will be central to both.
